How and where is the furniture made?
All furniture is made by hand in our wood shop.
Can I get a color other than the one shown? Can I have the piece customized in size to my specific needs?

I want a piece of furniture I don’t see on the site. Can you make it for me?

What if I change my mind after I have placed my order?
Every purchase is final, so please do not place an order if you are unsure of what you want.
What are some things unique to handmade furniture that I should be aware of?
Handmade furniture is just that, built by hand. It’s not veneered particle board which is without blemishes. Some furniture will have blemishes. These blemishes are what give every piece a unique, special character.
DELIVERY
What are my choices for delivery?
Pick up, delivery within our local delivery zone and FedEx® freight if outside of the Dallas-metropolitan area. The FedEx® freight option is not currently listed on our products, but will be soon. If you want an item delivered via FedEx® freight, please fill out our contact form.
What areas are in your local delivery zone?
Dallas, Richardson, Plano and Allen are in our local delivery zone. A map indicating the zones is available by clicking here. Delivery pricing is based on a per-item basis.
When can I expect my furniture?
Within four to six weeks of placing your order.
Can I pick up my item? Where?
You can pick up your furniture at no additional cost at our workshop. Once your order is complete and ready for pickup, you will be contacted to schedule a pickup time.
Will you ship outside the US?
Not at this time.
PAYMENT
What methods of payment do you accept?
For orders placed over the web, all major credit cards. For orders placed over the phone, all major credit cards, personal checks and cash.
When will my card be charged?
Within 24 hours after placing your order.
Can I place my order over the phone?
Yes. You can call us directly at 214-635-3076 or send us an email at support@fiferfurnishings.com and a sales representative will contact you within 24 hours.
